Charging more than you purchase

I have bought the Victory ball etc. but when the charge shows up its for more money at least $10 more.
I talked to apple and they refunded my monies but then the tournaments and the Jackpot games went away.
I know this was intentional as I was allowed the other day to play then it was gone again.
If I purchase the special packs then I should only be charged for the purchase I accepted and agreed too not adding additional VIP packages to my bill.
I am very sadden that the programmers never responded to my complaints but were quick to block me from the challenges that keep me playing.
I have started to let people when just too get my millions down so I can delete this game.
I also noticed how I do not get the better version even after updating the game.
So very sad a game tips you off!
